The UltraPPM LITE

The UltraPPM LITE is a positive pressure manifold for microplate-based sample processing in chromatography workflows. It maintains uniform pressure across all filter wells, ensuring a consistent flow of samples for reliable analyte recovery. Dual range controls allow the operator to fine-tune flow and pressure settings to suit the sample type, including sensitive, volatile, moisture-sensitive and viscous samples. 

The open design allows real-time visual confirmation of sample flow through the plate, and the 2-button operation feature provides safety against accidental processing. Well-to-well uniformity and plate-to-plate reproducibility are maintained throughout sample preparation methods. 

Interchangeable heads support 24, 48, 96 and 384 well formats to ANSI/SBS standards, allowing the manifold to be adapted quickly to different plate formats. Heads are ordered separately. The UltraPPM LITE is suitable for microplate-based filtration, packed bed and composite-based SPE, SLE, PLR and protein precipitation applications. 

The UltraPPM LITE requires a compressed air supply and a standard electrical supply. It is designed and manufactured by Kbiosystems, part of Porvair Life Sciences. It carries UKCA and CE certification.
