It is the policy of the Company to operate a Quality Assurance System that complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015.

The quality of all products, whether manufactured at our facility or obtained from an outside supplier, is strictly controlled to assure full conformance with the requirements of our Quality Assurance System.

To achieve these objectives, it is mandatory for all Kbiosystems employees to follow our Quality Management System and work continually to improve the effectiveness of our quality systems and processes. An ongoing education and training plan is actively in place to ensure all personnel are fully conversant with this policy.

We actively maintain and consolidate comprehensive technical files for our entire equipment portfolio, guaranteeing that every instrument we supply is fully certified and ready for seamless, compliant integration into your laboratory.

    As part of our commitment to a zero-defect plan, we maintain strict oversight of our entire manufacturing supply chain. To ensure only the highest-grade components reach our assembly lines, we operate a robust internal Non-Conformance Return System (NCRS). This dedicated digital infrastructure allows us to meticulously track, manage, and resolve any rejected goods or materials before they can impact production.
